A very nicely furnished new 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor overlooking the 14^th fairway and green on the Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort. Adjacent to the apartment is a large shared swimming pool. The sports area is close by (a minute's walk) which offers 2 tennis courts, 2 paddle tennis courts and an all weather pitch. This is due to open early in 2010. 

The apartment will accommodate 4 people comfortably and offers a choice of bedroom options; twin singles in both rooms, or a combination of singles, king or superking sized beds. The apartment is well equipped and you should find everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one.

We have a friendly key holder who will meet you and familiarise you with the apartment. He is available at any time to help with questions and advice about the resort.

Inside the apartment you’ll find a useful pack that offers information and advice about where to shop, eat, visit, how to find the best beaches etc. We have provided two sets of golf clubs (men’s, right handed, graphite shafted), Callaway woods (Steelhead/Titanium, 1,3,5, and 7), and Faldo ID/Adams irons should you not wish to bring your own. There is also a set of left handed clubs available.

The underground car park provides secure parking and keeps your car delightfully cool. The apartment is served by a lift direct from the underground car park. The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users or children under the age of 5.

For larger parties we have access to three other apartments in the same block (above, next door and above next door). Please contact us for further information if this is of interest. We also have friends in other areas of the resort and at Terrazas de La Torre who also have apartments to rent.
