The second project on the Nicklaus Golf Trail, La Torre is an 18 hole par 68 course with 4 sets of tees and 3 lakes. The course has wide fairways and large bunkers. At 5,400 metres it is a course where accuracy and strategy is fundamental.

La Torre Resort not only offers an excellent 18 hole course, but also a much greater variety of bars and restaurants than Mar Menor and an excellent dedicated clubhouse. The Town Centre is still in development (it’s not a building site, it’s just that not all of the shops have been opened). They are however building an hotel on the site and this is due for completion Summer 2008. It looks like it will be fantastic once completed.
